Project Manager Grid Management / Smart Grid (m/f/d)

Bringing smart power grids forward: In this project management function, you design intelligent power networks of tomorrow and actively contribute to the digitalization of the energy supply with forward-looking projects. You develop and realize innovative smart grid solutions – from the implementation of technical requirements (e.g. according to § 14a EnWG) to the successful introduction in network operation in your own network area and also with our customers. Acquiring and leading projects to success: You identify and win municipal works as customers and conduct challenging projects to introduce and further develop digital twins for electricity networks – both in the network area of ThügaNETZE and our customers. Intelligently networking data: Reliable analysing, testing and qualifying network data, bringing different data sources and systems together to form a consistent network model, creating the basis for powerful digital network solutions. From the idea to live operation, you control piloting and roll-outs, coordinate the introduction of new smart grid solutions and ensure that these are seamlessly integrated into existing IT landscapes. You are also the first respondent for regulatory and technical questions about the energy transition. Ensure quality, top results: You keep dates, budgets and quality targets in mind, coordinate all project participants and ensure that innovative solutions are not only planned but successfully implemented – efficiently, economically and with sustainable added value for our customers.

Qualification: degree in electronics, energy technology, information technology, physics or a comparable field of expertise; as an alternative Master:in or technician:in with multi-year professional practice in the mentioned field of work Experience: Multiannual background in managing projects to introduce software, preferably in the energy industry Know-how: knowledge in data and information processing, basic knowledge about the operation of energy supply networks or Smart Grids (distributive networks, network models, network operation) as well as insights into the energy industry and its services Additional qualifications: driving licence class B, certification in project management or willingness to acquire them Language: Representative oral and written communication security in German Personality: A high degree of self-responsibility, organisational skills and fun on business trips
