Project Manager Major Projects - Construction / Client (m/f/d)

You take over the operational control of complex construction and infrastructure projects on the client side. You coordinate the project participants and ensure clear responsibilities, structured processes and reliable cooperation. You tax and monitor costs, dates and qualities based on the project management services according to AHO Issue 9. You recognize deviations and risks at an early stage, develop appropriate countermeasures and implement them. You actively participate in risk, change and follow-up management. You organize and moderate project meetings and make sure that decisions, tasks and open points are consistently maintained. You are responsible for a transparent and addressable reporting and documentation. You work closely with our customers as well as the planning, construction and project partners and contribute directly to the project success in your area of responsibility.

You have a degree, for example in civil engineering, economic engineering, BWL, in architecture, or a comparable area. You bring multi-year practical professional experience in project management or project management, ideally in the context of larger construction or infrastructure projects. You know the processes and participants of complex projects and can reliably coordinate different tasks and interfaces. You have well-founded knowledge of the timing, cost and quality control. You are familiar with the relevant regulations in the construction and project environment, in particular with AHO, HOAI and VOB. You work structured, binding and solution-oriented and keep track of several project participants. You can safely communicate with clients, planning offices and other project partners and bring together different interests professionally. You recognize the need for action at an early stage, take responsibility and ensure consistent implementation of agreed measures. You have very good German knowledge and bring a certain readiness to travel for personal customer appointments.
