Lecturer/Trainer (m/w/d)* for Programming Technology and Databases in Adult Education

In the Berlin-Brandenburg e. V. (BFW), for more than 50 years, we have been dealing with people who have been torn from working life through a disease or accident. We will follow the steps taken to re-enter self-determined, healthy work. This can be the return to the previous job or a restart with a new task. We draw on a professional, differentiated range of funding and work with all the key players in the labour market, for example with rehab and service providers, chambers and employers. The BFW is recognized as a service provider for occupational rehabilitation, listed in the Social Code and organized as a non-profit association in a nationwide network. For the training in the professional images specialist and IT system electricians we are looking for the location Mühlenbeck (main site, north of Berlin, with good connection to the S-Bahn) at the next possible date Projektmanager (m/w/d) für Programmingtechnik und Datenbanken in der Adultbildung (in parttime with 22 hours/week; alternatively on a fee basis) We train adults in different professions. In the field of IT, these include, among other things, 24-month retraining as a specialist informatics and IT system electronics. As a lecturer/trainee*, you provide theoretical and practical content and prepare our participants for the final exam at the IHK.

Preparation and implementation of courses in presence and online; ideally in several of the following topics: Databases: relational databases, NoSQL databases and SQL (DDL, DML, DQL, DCL; JOINS; SUBQUERIES; Aggregat Functions; GROUP BY; HAVING; DBMS) Database design: Modelling (ERM, RM) and Normalization Programming technology: Programming concepts, algorithms, database accesses

To provide practical knowledge and skills as well as cooperation in the ongoing design of training courses Advice and support for participants in cooperation with social workers, doctors and psychologists Perspectively take over the support of training groups as a responsible contact partner Support and support of participants during the internship

A relevant, completed study in computer science or in a comparable course of studies is desirable; as an alternative to a relevant completed vocational training Knowledge in one or more of the above subjects An additional educational training (vocational education) or a completed training examination (AEVO) is advantageous; the latter is supported by us and can be retrieved Good MS-Office knowledge Team skills, pedagogical skills and joy in teaching as well as willingness to continue training and to work in subject areas Excellent German knowledge on C2 level in word and font
