Designing cost reduction projects actively: support in identifying, planning and implementing measures for cost optimization – including implementation of ideation workshops. Analysis & Communication: Evaluation, preparation and presentation of cost information for internal stakeholders as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action. Data Processing & Data Quality: Ensuring accurate forecasts and a consistent database for sound decisions. Bringing Tool Competence: Function as Subject Matter Expert for tools for generating and implementing cost reduction potentials. Coaching & Support: Support for purchasing and development teams to implement cost measures and to prepare and support price negotiations. Team-wide cooperation: close cooperation with local and global purchasing and development organisations and active cooperation in cross-functional teams.

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with professional experience Analytical thinking & problem-solving competence: You work data-based, structured and find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges. IT-Affinity: Secure handling of SAP, MS Office and ideally Power BI or comparable data analysis tools. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Communication strength, safe occurrence, process-oriented thinking, customer focus, quality awareness and team skills
