Interface design and performance optimization Active request collection in exchange with specialist areas and product owners, as well as active contribution to sprint planning and backlog definition Creation of technical specifications and evaluation of feasibility and effort of new requirements design of user flows and interaction concepts; Assessment of UX prototypes for feasibility Implementation of code reviews and definition of test strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) Mentoring of junior developers and moderation of technical discussions in the team Extension and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and setup of monitoring and alerting Implementation of root-cause analyses in malfunctions and derivation of structural improvements Assessment of security risks in its own responsibility and implementation of security reviews

Complete study of computer science or related study with focus on software development or comparable Multiannual experience in software development (Java) with proven responsibility for complex systems or teams Detectional experience with agile development and active involvement of backlog and sprint planning Knowledge of service-oriented architectures, API design and modern development paradigms Experience in request management over the entire project cycle — from the supply phase to the acceptance Ability to communicate technical facts in a comprehensible way to non-technical stakeholders Basic knowledge in the field of communication technology (ideally COMINT, ELINT or radar technology) Experience in the implementation and enforcement of test strategies and quality standards Representative willingness to pass on knowledge and professional support from colleagues Careful, structured operation with high standards of code quality and documentation Very good German and good English skills
