In the acute range, ventilated patients and patients of phase B (neurological early rehabilitation) are treated. Since October 2022, the Heinrich-Mann Klinik has been certified as a center for respiration in the neurological-neurosurgical rehabilitation according to DGNR criteria. In our modern intensive care unit, a total of 45 single beds are available for early rehabilitation, currently up to 28 patients can be ventilated mechanically.
