As part of our business transformation team in Frankfurt/Main, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich or Nuremberg, you will advise our customers: within the framework of complex transformation projects from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective with innovative approaches. You can do a variety of tasks: Planning and leadership of demanding programs of national and international companies Coordination of projects and transformations by classical management methods or coaching our customers: in agile methods such as SCRUM or SAFe Responsibility for project achievement, technical concepts, support for rollouts and take over the professional leadership of team members Support for the preparation and follow-up of decision-making bodies to the top management level Introduction and further development of innovative project management methods and digital technologies

first professional experience (up to 5 years) or internship/works student activity accompanied by projects; a common project management certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2 or SCRUM Master) and experience in the design of (agile) project management methods are advantageous Complete study of economics, economic information, computer science, humanities or natural sciences IT affinity and interest in digital trends Teamplayer:in with commitment and high sense of responsibility, pronounced quality awareness and openness New ways to go A sovereign appearance, the ability to overlook complex facts, customer orientation and communication strength (also in English)
