Working environment: You serve our locations for all relevant management systems and assignment functions (e.g. quality, energy, work protection and environmental management) Task functions: You are responsible for the assignment functions, including waste, emission protection, energy management and fire protection officers and are responsible for the care and development, including compliance with relevant standards, legal requirements and internal standards Contact person on site: organisation, implementation and responsibility of internal and external audits, visits and controls in all essential management systems and mandate functions Knowledge transfer: Advice and training of executives and employees on topics relevant to energy, fire protection, quality, environment and work protection Documentation: Creation, maintenance and development of documentation (metrics, reports, catastrophes) and management system documents Cooperation: Cooperation with specialist departments, locations, authorities, external service providers, certification bodies and other contact persons to implement legal and operational requirements Digitization: Support for the further development of management software

Completion: Successfully completed commercial or technical studies, preferred in the fields of circular economy, environmental and process engineering or economic engineering Experience and knowledge: Multiannual experience and qualifications in quality management (ISO 9001), energy management (ISO 5000), environmental management (ISO 14001), occupational safety management (ISO 45001), waste management (Efb) Driving licence: To maintain our different locations, you need a class B licence IT-Skills: Routinized handling of popular MS Office applications Personality: You have an above-average self-motivation, are also powerful, friendly and empathic, so that you can easily work with the specialist areas Target in focus: You address tasks in a solution-oriented manner, react flexibly to changes and always keep an eye on detail
