Retail Store Manager - Jewellery / Jeweller (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your branch team and create a motivating working atmosphere. You control the branch on the basis of relevant key figures and develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets. As a face of the branch, you go ahead in the sale of high-quality jewellery, advise demanding customers: inside and ensure an excellent service experience. You plan and optimize all operating processes – from the product disposition and storage to inventory and daily closures. In close coordination with the management, you regularly report about the store performance and introduce your own ideas for further development.

You have a completed commercial training You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as a manager in retail You have optimally already experience in the sale of high quality goods You control the current sales techniques You work independently and perform professionally You have excellent knowledge of German at C2 level and optimally further language skills
