Werkstudent (m/w/d) Operations & Strategy (Tools, Processes & Analytics)

As a working student (m/w/d), you support our management in operational and technical topics such as: care, structuring and further development of internal tools and platforms (including SharePoint) Support in optimizing internal processes, workflows and documentation Analysis of the customer portfolio Analysis of the use of artificial intelligence tools that allow the company to grow Support for strategic measures (e.g. M&A)

In addition, you take the correspondence in German and English.

You are a Master Student (m/w/d) (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering). You have practical experience in dealing with digital tools and systems such as SharePoint, Intranet solutions, CRM, Recruiting or comparable platforms. You bring a good technical understanding as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working. You are delighted to analyze, document and develop technical and organizational processes. At the same time, you are interested in recruiting, personal advice and business relationships. You are a team player who likes to take responsibility and perform tasks independently and reliably. Your high self-motivation, willingness to learn and the ability to quickly incorporate you into new topics are a feature. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.

A comprehensive insight into operational and strategic business processes by working closely with the management on key topics. The ability to actively shape and develop internal tools and platforms, thereby building sustainable structures and efficient working methods. Practical experience in the analysis and optimization of processes, workflows and documentation, with direct influence on the organization and scalability of the company. The opportunity to use analytical skills in a targeted manner, e.g. when evaluating the customer portfolio or evaluating data-based decision bases. Insights into the use of modern AI tools as well as their potential for increasing efficiency and for company growth. Cooperation with strategic issues and projects (e.g. M&A) that go beyond the daily business and promote entrepreneurial thinking.
