You can prove your skills during the installation, configuration, installation and maintenance of our IT systems. First and second level support supports our users. Disruption messages in the hardware and software area are recorded, analyze them, classify them and find solutions. You address our affiliates in all IT relevant issues. In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you opt for IT processes. You support the introduction of new system solutions and IT technologies. In IT projects, you take the responsibility for subprojects. The documentation of systems and processes is in your skillful hands. You will help shape the support and continuous development of our ERP system. A trouble-free IT operation (server, network, hardware, backup) is guaranteed thanks to your expertise. You train the employees in the safe handling of IT and ITK systems.

You have completed vocational training as a specialist/network administrator or a similar qualification. In the network environment with client/server, you know well. Windows Server and client operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Backup are familiar to you. You may also have experience in ERP systems (AP+). Knowledge of how to use databases (MS SQL) is desirable. Knowledge of virtualization, storage and backup procedures are beneficial to you. You have knowledge of IT security, firewalls and VPN. Reliability, team spirit and sense of responsibility are of course for you. With your structured working and communication strength, you convince us. You master German fluently and bring good English skills.
