Senior Consultant (m/w/d) From 01.08.2026 we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) family insurance/sickness insurance students for our contribution and receivable center in Hannover in full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week). From A like application processing to Z like access requirements: You process applications and family insurance portfolios with and without international contact. You take responsibility with us: Our sick-insured students (m/w/d) and interns (m/w/d) are judged by you for insurance. You will be in close contact with our insurers and will also advise them with regard to the changes that occur, such as the end of the “Sickness Insurance of Students”. Communication at eye level is the A and O: You independently clarify the insurance conditions of our customers (m/w/d) after the end of family insurance. In addition, you will inform our insured persons about the changes in their insured status, both in writing and by phone. Without you, nothing is happening: Our internal and external customers (m/w/d) are always at your side as a competent contact person.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already had experience in the field of family insurance/sickness insurance of the students or Collect insurance law.
