With these tasks you contribute to success

You lead our dedicated accounting team and take responsibility for the creation and testing of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB. You monitor debitor, creditor and asset accounting and ensure the correct reporting of sales and corporate taxes. You are the central contact person for tax authorities, auditors and financial advisors and ensure compliance with all accounting standards. Identify potential for improvement in accounting processes and implement efficient, modern procedures. Promote and develop your team through targeted training and mentoring.

You should bring

A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or A. or alternatively a degree as a balance sheet holder*in (IHK).

Multiannual, relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally already in a leadership position.

Deep knowledge of accounting principles and practices (determination-proof according to HGB) and a secure sense of numbers.

Analytical skills and a high level of detail orientation.

Empathy, team spirit and leadership skills – You guide and motivate your team with passion.
