Consultant Broker Management - Focus on Digitalization, Processes & AI (m/f/d)

You analyze, document and develop business processes in broker management – focusing on digitalization and automation. You are involved in AI-based process optimizations and digital initiatives. For cross-departmental optimization and transformation projects, you actively support project and subproject lines. Structured process, decision and result documentation are created and maintained by you. The organization and accompaniment of appointments and workshops will include presentation creation, logging and follow-up of results. In close cooperation with internal areas of expertise, project teams and other stakeholders, you are consistently promoting topics.

You have a completed commercial training or an economic study. Experience in the analysis, documentation or optimization of processes or in the project work will help you. A pronounced affinity for digitalization, AI and modern technologies is what distinguishes you. You have very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint Your work is analytical, structured and independent. Organizational strength, communication skills and team spirit are among your strengths.
