Technical Supporter Fab Components & Services (m/w/d) is responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and processing of implant components as well as for supporting mechanical activities in component service. The position works closely with internal technical departments and ensures the availability and proper documentation of components. Tasks and responsibilities Implementation of maintenance and repair work on implant and vacuum engineering components Support for pump service execution of supporting mechanical activities in the Fab (e.g. shelves, tables, ...) Cooperation with internal maintenance and service technicians execution of fault analyses as well as creation and maintenance of service and repair documentation Identification and sustainable elimination of recurring error mechanisms Ensuring storage and spare parts and components availability Management and labelling of tested and released replacement components Technical advice from operators and technicians to implant components and maintenance processes Compliance with all relevant safety, work and environmental regulations Special working conditions Activities related to mutagenic or genetically modified substances Use only after successful participation in the occupational health precautions according to the occupational health precautionary regulation (ArbMedVVV) Compulsory participation in regular occupational health follow-up examinations
