Leiter Sanierungs- und Abwicklungsplanung / Head of Recovery & Resolution (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the design, maintenance and development of the recovery and resolution plans according to regulatory requirements (in particular MaSan, SRB/EBA) Central contact person for supervisory authorities (ECB, JST, SRB) and internal consulting of the Executive Board on crisis-relevant thresholds and governance structures Management of all relevant stakeholders (e.g. risk controlling, treasury, reporting, finance, law, IT) Further development of the bank-wide methodology, processes and governance structures in the context of restructuring and settlement planning Development and implementation of technical solutions to increase efficiency (e.g. data balance, reporting tools) Creation of decision templates and regular reporting to board and supervisory boards Support for further regulatory issues of the Bank as needed (e.g. in the context of general banking control, risk management or supervisory requirements)

Successfully completed studies of economics, law or comparable qualifications with a focus on banking/finance; a further degree (Master, Promotion) is advantageous Multiannual relevant professional experience in the banking environment, ideally in the areas of refurbishment and settlement planning (RRP), risk management or regulatory advice of an SI bank (Significant Institution) Experience in the professional management of cross-disciplinary topics without disciplinary leadership Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. MaSan, BRRD Directives, SRB Action Plants) and expectations of ECB and SRB (e.g. 'Expectations for Banks') Ability to quickly penetrate complex balance-of-balance-sheet relationships and liquidity characteristics and translate them into strategic recommendations for action, as well as pronounced analytical skills and experience in the design of complex models and scenarios Prospective German and English skills as well as the sovereignty, complex regulatory issues at board level and oversight Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (good knowledge of MS Access desirable); Knowledge of the use of artificial intelligence of advantage
