You support and advise young people in addressing various problems and crises, as well as in everyday management issues You carry out local mobile youth work as needed, partly also parental work You work in single and group settings You design social-pedagogical group hours and projects on topics such as professional ability to act, lifestyle, development of key competencies Together with the participants, You create meaningful application documents and support them in the acquisition of internship, work and training places. You document the individual work with the participants You work closely with the class management and teachers of vocational schools.

You have a degree in social education or Social work, depending on the background of experience, also pedagogy, psychology or comparable qualifications You are happy to work with disadvantaged young people You have ideally already professional experience with the target group U 25 in the transition school career You work resource- and solution-oriented and have a high sense of responsibility
