Educator as group leader

The institution of the kindergarten is the AWO district association Oberbayern e.V. Our AWO kindergarten “Pusteblume” forms, supervises, promotes and nurses up to 50 children aged 2.5 years to school entrance. We have two kindergarten groups in total. In regular team meetings, we coordinate our educational goals and methods, reflect our pedagogical work, exchange us on observations and events of daily work with the children and plan parents' evenings and major actions. In order to strengthen and further develop our team, we are looking for an educator in Fürstenfeldbruck (m/w/d) as a group leader in parttime or full-time, 36 to 39 hours/week (unlimited) taking over the management of a group option to take over deputy guidance and promotion of children together with your team a fee according to the TV AWO Bayern 30 holidays plus 2 days of regeneration (at 5 days); 24.12. and 31.12.
