Number: MER00047MT The Steering Systems department develops the next generation of innovative steering systems for front and rear axles as well as for highly automated and autonomous driving functions. In the Steer-by-Wire team, we work on the electronic and software-based steering systems of the future and thus actively shape the transformation of the automobile. As a working student*in, you get exciting insights into the series development at Mercedes-Benz and work closely with internal departments as well as external development partners. In doing so, you take responsibility for tasks and support our team in current development projects. These challenges include: Planning, creation, implementation and evaluation of software and system tests Working with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) Analysis and documentation of test results Support in securing ECU software Creation of status reports and test reports Support in the care of release and development documentation The activity can start from October 2026.
