Start date: Nearest possible timePoint details: Full time with 38.5 hours of week | Use in early, late, night and weekend service You take over the deputy direction of a residential area and are responsible for the care and professional care of our residents with your team. Taking into account current nursing findings as well as legal and economic aspects, you actively contribute to a high and constant care quality. Residents whose relatives, doctors, cooperation partners and visitors are reliable contact persons and meet them empirically and competently. As an organizational institution, you control, coordinate and plan the personnel deployment. They are part of the management team of our house, work closely with the nursing service management and the other residential areas and keep their team informed transparently in regular team meetings. Complete vocational training as a nursing professional Senior caregiverin or nurse/career as well as multi-year nursing practice, as far as possible in old care. Detection of a training course for managers in the nursing sector (living area management course) or the willingness to start training in the first year after the takeover of the job. First experience as a conductor, e.g. as a deputy residential area line, group or layer line desirable. Safe handling of the MS Office package desirable, ideally knowledge of the care software Vivendi PD/PEP and quality management systems. Sensitivity, conflictability and appreciation in dealing with our residents, their relatives and colleagues. High communication capability and sovereign occurrence in contact with internal and external interfaces.
