In your role as Customer Care Specialist Luftfracht Aerospace (m/w/d) at Kuehne+Nagel in Frankfurt, you take the operational responsibility for time-critical and complex air freight transports. You coordinate shipments for international customers from the aviation industry - from spare parts to engines. You work closely with airlines, carriers and internal teams, control processes from the first order to the final delivery and find solutions when it comes to them. As the first respondent, you will address our customers and partners in the field of Aerospace & Defence You keep an overview of transport orders and take over their tracking and monitoring Aircraft-on-Ground, Charter- and Onboard-curing shows you organize reliably and solution-oriented You also complete global engine transport - from planning to final delivery In close coordination with operational departments, sales and customers, you will ensure smooth operations You support the billing department in the correct settlement With your view for sustainable solutions, you will strengthen long-term and partnership customer relationships
