Food safety culture: You continuously develop the food safety culture at the plant and promote a common understanding of responsibility, standards and safe action. System management: You optimise our food safety systems, especially in the fields of HACCP, foreign body and allergen management. HACCP team: You take over the technical management and development of the HACCP team and create safe, sustainable processes. Process assessment: You evaluate and validate processes, raw materials and concepts relating to food safety and quality requirements. Deviation management: You support the processing and tracking of food safety-relevant deviations. Complaint processing: You process complaints in representation and contribute to a professional and solution-oriented clarification. Consulting & Interface Management: You are a contact person for food safety issues and, together with the subject areas, promote a live food safety culture.

Education & Study: You have completed your studies in food technology, ecotrophology, food chemistry, quality management or a comparable subject. Experience in the field of quality assurance, quality management or food safety – ideally in the dairy or food industry. Competence: You have well-founded knowledge of HACCP management and ideally in foreign body and allergen management. Analytical procedure: You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex issues. Coordination strength: Ideally, you have experience in the technical control of teams or working groups and in the further development of food safety systems.
