You are “team players” and support your sales field service in the professional speech in the acquisition of new customers and customer support. You are the “time manager” by coordinating the appointment control (for visits as well as telephone and web appointments) of the external service with organizational skill and targeted contact. As a commercial “allrounder” you are responsible for the administrative preparation and refurbishment of the new and existing customer appointments for the field service. You are “knowledge managers” with regard to the credit reform product and service palette and advise your customers on demand-oriented. As a “action stalunt” you will be involved in the preparation, coordination and implementation of sales activities. You are “intermediate” and correspond in the interface function in the sense of a holistic customer support to the other specialist departments (collection and economic information) in the house

You have completed commercial vocational training. You bring a high level of motivation and commitment as well as negotiation skills, persuasiveness and enforcement capability. You are communicative and have a high social competence and, above all, fun on contact by phone.
