HERE REQUIREMENTS

Projektmanagement (m/w/d) The following exciting tasks:

• Managing Office Management for Team Group Marketing and Supporting Marketing Management
• Acquisition of planning and organizational tasks and support in document management
• Working together to build and implement presentations and various measures to support countries and sales
• Customer visits, fairs and meetings
• Coordinating department-internal onboarding of new team members (m/w/d)

YEARS

• Complete commercial vocational training e.g. in the field of office communication or office management
• First professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in the application of CRM systems
• Routined handling of M365
• Organizational talent, communication strength and a friendly appearance
• Power of implementation and joy in bringing people together and supporting colleagues
• Good knowledge of German and English
