You are responsible for the complete operational order processing including import registration for various customers Your daily tasks include document processing and auditing and compiling of input and output invoices You are responsible for the results-oriented processing of customer complaints and preparation of the monthly financial statements You take the correspondence and trusted cooperation with colleagues in Germany and abroad and thus secure a regulated flow of information Through active data management along the supply chain, you contribute to a continuous improvement in operating performance You support team leadership in cross-departmental projects and the development of processes to continuously optimize the efficiency and quality of our processes

You have successfully completed your training as a merchant (m/w/d) forwarding and logistics services or you can demonstrate a similar training with multi-year professional experience You bring good knowledge of customs processing (AES, NCTS, import, EZT), supply chain and incoterms with Your work is characterized by very good time management, high flexibility, a pronounced service idea and a high customer orientation The work in the team as well as high willingness to use are of course for you A secure handling of MS-Office 365 applications as well as good German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile
