Our capital care house Ida Wolff has 112 stationary nurseries with 41 double and 30 single rooms on 4 living days. Representation of nursing services in absence and participation in the design and development of care and care concepts Control of the care process including planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation according to applicable standards and guidelines and review of care documentation Introduction, guidance and advice of employees on the care process, planning and implementation of internal training and participation and evaluation of measures for internal quality assurance Nursing care and care of residents, including professional implementation of treatment care Ensuring care services through planning, coordination and control of personnel use and structuring and ensuring communication with reference persons and participating professional groups and institutions

Complete training as a nursing professional or health care and nursing professionalin, caregiverin or health care and care caregiver*in as well as management experience in old care according to SGB XI and several years of professional experience in nursing older people knowledge in the implementation of care and care concepts and in the assessment of care quality by means of standardised procedures as well as legal, tariff and internal requirements for service planning Ability to communicate complex relationships with legal bases, economics and nursing services Good knowledge of service plan, care and MS office applications Impressed social and communicative skills, sense of responsibility and innovative readiness as well as an independent, team-oriented working and management competence Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
