Global Process Owner (m/f/d)

the end-to-end responsibility for a global process across all societies lies with you - from conception to control to continuous development. you analyze existing processes in a structured manner, identify optimization potentials and guide targeted measures to increase efficiency and quality. you define binding process standards and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external requirements. as a central interface, you work closely with specialist areas, IT, local process owners, key users and management and ensure a consistent target orientation. You actively shape transformations: you guide workshops, accompany rollouts and drive the further development of our process landscape through the use of new technologies.

A completed study in the field of business, computer science or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. Multiannual experience in process management, in particular in the control of end-to-end processes and in transformation or rollout projects, distinguishes you, Ideally in the areas of Sales, Procurement or Professional/Managed Services. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills enable you to quickly capture complex relationships and develop sustainable solutions. Experience in stakeholder management at different levels as well as communication strength, moderation skills and enforcement skills are among your strengths.
