You conduct the cross-site team training in Cologne and Wuppertal professionally and disciplinefully and develop your employees as a coach and savings partner*in. You shape and manage our training strategy – from selection to innovative learning formats to successful acquisition of our young talents. You optimise recruiting and training processes in the aspects of Candidate Experience, Digitization and Efficiency. You accompany our trainees professionally and with passion – together with the departments and trainees. You tax the training based on the number, develop our systems and introduce new impulses from market and educational trends. You work closely with Employer Branding, Recruiting, Departments, Works Council and external partners such as IHKen and Educational Institutions.

You convince with strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset and the joy of making things active. Your strong communication skills, persuasiveness and the ability to take different stakeholders stand out. You have passion for development, innovation and the promotion of young talent. You have a very successful degree, ideally in the field of HR, economic psychology or comparable, and trainer training according to AEVO (AdA-Schein) You bring several years of experience in the field of staff with regard to training, talent or junior development as well as several years of leadership experience. You have proven experience in creating successful concepts within larger projects.
