Senior Accountant Kärcher Global Services (temporary) (m/f/d)

In this exciting and responsible role, you monitor all relevant financial processes of our national and international Kärcher companies and take over the reliable production of monthly and annual accounts. Your focus is on the overall coordination and management of financial statements based on our leading HGB standard, taking into account the respective local accounting regulations (Local GAAP / IFRS). In addition, you are responsible for the monitoring and accounting of all business incidents in the main book (General Ledger), take over the preparation of regular reports and analyses and act as a primary contact person for internal and external stakeholders, auditors and tax advisors. In direct exchange, you conduct regular client meetings in which you present your final analysis as well as the service KPIs and together identify potentials for process optimization. Your area of responsibility grows beyond the daily business through exciting projects. Whether in the integration of new companies, global SAP rollouts or the digitization of financial processes – you take the active shape of the future of our area into account. Last but not least, you actively optimize our accounting processes and final activities. You will focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and modern technologies and work on pioneering concepts and projects.

Funded qualification: A successfully completed study of business management with a focus on finance / accounting or a comparable qualification (e.g. balance sheet book holder further education). International experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in international accounting/ accounting and the ability to adapt to a global environment. Accounting expertise: Accounting-proof knowledge of accounting regulations according to HGB or IFRS to analyze complex issues in a sovereign way. IT competence: security in handling digital tools, ideally knowledge in business intelligence tools such as SAC or Analytics for Office as well as sound SAP basic knowledge (FI/CO & BW). Working & Communication: Joy in dealing with numbers, a precise and result-oriented way of working as well as reliable German and good English (B2/C1) for a professional appearance towards our stakeholders.
