Operational Buyer - Procurement / ERP Systems (m/f/d)

You control the entire operational purchasing process for commercial goods and project-related components – from the order to the MRP to the precise deadline tracking. You collect offers from our suppliers, evaluate them carefully and conduct price and contract negotiations on your own. With the help of our ERP system, you process orders, maintain master data and carefully check all relevant documents such as invoices and shipping documents. In close coordination with development and sales, you will accompany exciting customer projects from the first request to successful series production. As a central contact for our suppliers, you solve proactive delivery and quality problems and ensure our production capability.

You have a commercial training or a similar qualification and you have at least 3 years of experience in your business. International procurement processes and incoterms are well-known for you. In dealing with common ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel, you are routined. Your work is structured and independent and you will find pragmatic solutions. You communicate safely and clearly in German and English with both international suppliers and internal teams.
