As a disciplinary manager, you will guide the team of emergency services. The service planning and control of the working time accounts are your responsibility. You regularly organize training and moderate service meetings. New specifications, software solutions and internal guidelines are used reliably. Also in complaints and inquiries, you act solution-oriented and competent. The task area includes fleet management as well as the responsibility for key management. In close coordination, you will support the emergency call service in the field of expertise and organisational tasks. Compliance and implementation of the quality management requirements are ensured in your work area.

You have a completed training, ideally supplemented by a qualification as a paramedic. You have good MS Office identifiers, especially in Outlook, Word and Excel. Their work is independent, structured and responsible. New challenges are addressed and open to further education. Team spirit, collegiateness and an appreciation of others are of course for you. You have ideally already gained experience in the leadership of employees.
