They sometimes take over the analysis, tracking and prioritization of the delivery status of parts for the FAL. You will also work with the coordination between the supporting departments (purchasing, logistics, work preparation, quality, construction office, export control...). Following tasks await you:

• Analyze, follow and prioritize the delivery status of parts for the FAL
• Cooperation in coordination between the supporting departments (purchasing, logistics, work preparation, quality, construction office, export control...)
• Ensuring transparency for FAL, analysis of deadlines and prioritization of urgent matters
• With the help of implementing and following short-term operational action plans (comparing delays, improving logistics processes...)
• establishing a balance between the needs of the FAL and the needs, processing and solving of logistical problems specified in the MRP
• Coordination of parts return due to quality complaints

We wish:

• A completed vocational training on the wholesale and foreign trade businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in purchasing, logistics, as well as project management
• Representative team and communication skills, as well as independent, agile and responsible work
• German and English language skills
• Tools: MS-Office, SAP
