The SOS Children's Village Dortmund is a growing network of stationary and outpatient youth aids. In our lovingly guided 3-group Kita Krönchen in the heart of Dortmund Downtown-Ost, you will find a living and value-adding atmosphere where around 60 children aged a few months are accompanied and encouraged daily until school entrance. As an institution management with additional responsibility for the connected family center, you are the heart of our educational everyday life – with free space for design, development and innovation. Overall responsibility for the Kita Krönchen and the family center: You ensure the quality and further development of our educational concept and actively shape the future of the institution professional leadership and team development: You support and strengthen your team in the planning and implementation of educational and support processes and bring your expertise individual child support: With empathy and pedagogical feeling, you promote child development and create exciting spaces of experience pedagogical quality: you test, document and reflect child development processes together with the team Parental Partnership: You create a trusted, transparent cooperation with the families and support your advice Networking & Cooperation: You establish needs-oriented offers in the family centre and strengthen cooperation with actors in the district Child protection: You ensure a professionally sound and conscientious implementation of all measures for the protection of children and occupants
