Do you have a passion for large-scale coating systems and want to work in an innovative company? Then you are right with us! It offers a varied range of tasks with state-of-the-art plant technology, attractive additional services and a strong team! As a machine leader (m/w/d) at our large-scale coating systems, you are part of a dedicated production team and work closely with colleagues. You take responsibility for the operation, monitoring and optimization of our highly automated and digitally controlled production facilities. You will contribute significantly to ensuring smooth processes and the quality of our products. In detail: Control and monitoring of production plants Ensuring the highest quality by operating calender applicators Detection and marking of material defects according to specifications Documentation and quality assurance for smooth processes Roughing and cleaning of plants according to process specifications Implementation of transport, delivery and palletizing work Booking of production quantities, setup processes and disturbances in SAP

Complete training as a procedural mechanic, industrial mechanic, machine and plant leader or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in production, ideally in the coating, printing, paper or process industry Experience in operating process, process or extrusion technology of advantage Technology awareness and ideally knowledge in SAP or process control systems Structured, independent working and team skills Standing for shiftwork (also fully continuous)
