For the Hotel Stadt Hameln and the TA Education Centre, we are looking for an experienced personality at the earliest possible time in full time, which leads our housekeeping and cleaning teams across locations. You are responsible for cleaning an 80-room hotel, as well as an educational centre with classrooms, offices and subscriber accommodation. Leadership and organisation of housekeeping and cleaning teams Planning and control of personnel and cleaning processes Ensuring our quality and hygiene standards Optimization of processes and material use Introduction and guidance of new employees Close cooperation with the managers of both sites If required, your team will support you in daily business

Professional experience in housekeeping, building cleaning or a comparable position multiannual experience in leadership or guidance of employees Organisational skills and a structured working method Quality awareness, reliability and hand-on mentality Friendly and binding occurrence
