THE ROLE & THE TEAM As a Security Investigation Officer, you analyze losses, develop prevention measures and ensure that all employees in our logistics center feel protected and safe. Along with an international team of security experts, you also support investigation activities in addition to the criminal prevention. You are actively engaged in the protection of our corporate values and strengthen the security culture at our site. WHY THE ROLE FOR YOU SPEAKING IS... Analyze stock loss based on Celonis, Zalos or Salesforce and initiate effective countermeasures.

To efficiently avoid losses, you work not only with internal departments, but also with external authorities. With your expertise and communication skills, you will be able to bring facts to the point and build a stable network to solve challenges together.

Perform sample checks to identify manipulated packages. In consultation with the Lead Security & Loss Prevention, you organize employee surveys and write investigation reports as well as court-usable criminal complaints in case of urgent crime.

With your good understanding of our operating processes, you identify hotspots, recognize serial diesels and criminal patterns and successfully close process gaps.

Be a model and trusting* contact person within our department and create a positive working environment where everyone likes to work.

YOU KNOW WHAT? You have successfully completed the training for certified protection and security (IHK) or the qualification for factory protection professionals and brings at least 2 years of professional experience in dealing with people and in administrative activities. Ideally, you have additional qualifications in the areas of first aid and/or fire protection.

In addition, you are characterized by team skills, high performance and psychological resilience. You act confidently, work independently and take responsibility.

It's easy for you to remember new software. You are looking forward to working with Google Workspace, various apps and web tools to have all processes in mind and to analyse and document them correctly.

You are strong in communication and pass on your knowledge, understandable, sustainable and adapted to the knowledge level of your colleagues. With your good knowledge of German in word and writing you create meaningful reports. Basic English knowledge on A2 level simplifies the communication in the team and enable an excellent security service.
