As part of our team of experts, you will attend Workday HCM and be one of the key players for our HR organization. You use your expert knowledge in our various Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation and Learning) as well as in reporting and security topics. You actively develop Workday at Interhyp and develop future-oriented processes. You process complex questions and contribute significantly to system optimization. You coordinate and control our implementation and support partners.

You want to digitally transform our organization as a workday guru at Interhyp. You will bring comprehensive knowledge into various workday modules that you have acquired with an implemencing partner or as part of a workday support team. You work both in operational workday operation and in larger projects as well as process optimization structured and efficient. You act as a translator (m/w/d) between our business and the HR teams. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in process management.
