The team of medical-didactics is working closely together, with employees focusing on different priorities depending on their expertise. For the focus on quality assurance, we are looking for a newn employee. The main focus is on the further development of internal quality management in close cooperation with teachers. Another task is student teaching evaluation. This includes the central evaluation of the curricular teaching at the level of subjects and modules. In addition, the medical teaching advises teachers in the further development of courses and the evaluation of the measures concerned. In the case of special suitability, it is possible to extend the spectrum of tasks in perspective. Further development of curricular quality assurance instruments in cooperation with teachers Conducting the central course evaluation Offer and implementation of lecture-specific evaluations for teachers of the UMG Support in the (scientific) evaluation of the effectiveness of new courses Participation in the implementation of the overall strategy of the Dean of Studies for the further development of studies and teaching (UMGestalten 2032) in the field of quality assurance Networking in the course of cross-faculty projects and committee cooperation in the field of quality assurance in teaching

completed scientific studies in medicine, psychology, biomedical sciences, health sciences, pedagogy or a comparable degree (master, diploma), a doctorate is desired
