As PR Manager / Senior PR Manager (m/w/d), you are primarily responsible for the communicative positioning of our OTC brands and contribute significantly to their perception on the market. Working closely with Brand Management, Scientific Affairs, Legal and – depending on the project – with Key Opinion Leaders.

Product PR & brand communication Development and implementation of PR strategies for our existing OTC portfolio (medicine, medical devices, dietary supplements, food for balanced diet) Creation of thematic plans, product storylines, press texts, Q&As and background materials Focus: Control and support of specialist media (subsidiary of public media), including placement and interview coordination Care and development of press contacts and relationship management with relevant multipliers (influencers, KOLs etc.)

Monitoring & Issue Management Systematic monitoring of media, channels and relevant topics for all responsible brands Analysis of potential risks and sensitive developments in the market environment deriving recommendations for action and consulting internal stakeholders

Content pulses & digital communication Development of content ideas from the brand to support social media channels Impulses and topics for our customer retention app, e.g. snackable content or brand-stories Cooperation with social media team to further develop thematic channels Ensuring a consistent communicative brand presence across all media

Project management & interface work Control of external partners, primarily media agency Ensuring a smooth flow of information between PR, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Legal, Sales and other business areas Planning, implementation and evaluation of PR campaigns, product placements and media cooperation Responsibility for timing, budgets and success control of the supervised measures

Completed studies in communication sciences, public relations, marketing or a comparable area Multiannual professional experience in PR, ideally in the pharmaceutical or health environment Knowledge and experience in product communication as well as know-how in OTC Good understanding of regulatory frameworks Secure judgment in dealing with sensitive issues and experience in issue management Embossed feeling for topics, trends and media relevance High level of communication personality with structured, proactive working style Team-oriented mindset and the ability to target different stakeholders
