You shall carry out planning and plan-approval procedures for water erosion measures and all other formal administrative procedures under water and road law. In the event of violations of water law, you initiate and process regulatory procedures and fines. You conduct and accompany action and opposition proceedings and represent the department of civil engineering/the district of Gütersloh before court. You process legally complex questions of particular importance and scope of the department of civil engineering. You advise and support the executives and employees of the Department of Civil Engineering in all legal matters.
