Project Manager IT for Energy Management (m/f/d)

As IT project manager (m/w/d), your focus is on the design and agile project management of the digital energy twin. This is the basis for the first energy management system for multi-family houses. The digital image of our properties is the foundation for precise forecasts and optimization algorithms to create reliable timetables. You coordinate the design and continuous development of the digital energy twin in close cooperation with your team leader and the developer team You translate technical, regulatory and energy requirements into clear IT specifications (Releases, Epics, User Stories) in Azure DevOps You identify internal as well as external data sources and specify the data processing that you agree with the respective data owners You unravel mockups and wires to make the functions and user interfaces visually tangible You are responsible for the timely implementation of all milestones as well as compliance with the planned project costs by proven methods of software project control You agree closely within the area and synchronize your activities with other departments' projects to consistently avoid island solutions

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management (BWL) or a comparable qualification You are methodically safe in the agile project environment (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) and has experience in controlling software developer teams An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you You have the strong motivation to think deeply into new, complex themes and technical questions, to penetrate them in a solution-oriented manner and to pack IT challenges directly You have a high affinity for future-oriented technologies and you already use AI tools actively and profitably to make your work processes and software development more efficient You have knowledge of the architecture of modern IT systems and are safe to use tools such as Azure DevOps, Databricks, Jira and Microsoft Azure
