G1-2 Dean of the University Medicine Göttingen is looking for the earliest possible date: Researcher*in (Innovative Practice Formats in Interprofessional Teaching) (w/m/d) Parttime, 19.25 hours per week, 3.75 years fixed In the joint project IPSO@GCG, the University Medicine Göttingen (UMG) and the University of Applied Science and Art (HAWK) develop a multi-level interprofessional curriculum for students of human medicine and health professionals at the Göttingen Health Campus (GCG). The aim is to anchor joint courses, innovative teaching methods and practical training formats in order to prepare students early for interprofessional cooperation in health care.

The enrolled place is located in the field of medical didactics of the UMG Dean's degree Dean's Office with close connection to the UMG SkillsLab and works closely with the project partners of both universities, in particular the SkillsLabs. Systematic research and inventory of innovative interprofessional practice formats at other university locations in Germany and abroad, e.g. virtual reality scenarios, interprofessional escape rooms, simulation-based trainings or researching learning in the team Building and coordination of the exchange with experienced university sites in the field of innovative interprofessional practice teaching, incl. Analysis of the transfer potential of identified practical formats with regard to organisational, legal, didactic and infrastructural conditions at UMG and HAWK Didactic and organizational development of selected practical formats as well as preparation and support of site-specific piloting at the GCG Coordination and moderation of cooperation in the development team with teachers, students and employees of the SkillsLabs of both universities Coordination with media and IT-related project bodies in the implementation of digital teaching formats Participation in the formal evaluation of piloted practice formats and deriving recommendations for their curricular integration Documentation of project results and participation in the preparation of teaching materials and concepts as Open Educational Resources (OER) Participation in scientific publications and congress contributions

completed academic studies (master or comparable) in a relevant subject area

Knowledge and first practical experience in the design and development of competence-oriented teaching/learning offers for higher education or adult education, acquired e.g. through studies, scientific training or relevant professional activities strong interest in simulation-based, experience-oriented and interprofessional learning, as well as in cooperation with teachers and students of different professions and universities Experience in coordinating complex work or development processes (project management), e.g. in teaching development, transfer, research or practice projects strong organisational, communication and team skills, in particular in cooperation with different status groups independent, structured and solution-oriented operation very good knowledge of German in word and writing (native language or level C2)

Also desirable are:

Experiences with (digitally supported) practical training formats (e.g. Virtual Reality, Serious Games) and/or interprofessional, team-based teaching Experience with the transfer as well as the location-specific adaptation and implementation of teaching, training or project concepts Experience in the moderation of workshops and interprofessional working groups with different stakeholders Knowledge of training and study structures in health professions Experience in the development or documentation of teaching materials and concepts, in particular Open Educational Resources (OER)
