Team Leader Quality Control Central Laboratory (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary management of the laboratory team in quality assurance for finished products and raw materials Further development, motivation and coaching of laboratory staff and active promotion of open communication and feedback culture Representation of departmental management in the field of absenteeism Control of the range of responses using relevant laboratory and quality indicators and derivation and implementation of improvement measures Ensuring, coordinating and developing all production-related analyses, tests and product output controls in accordance with internal, external and customer-specific quality requirements Development, standardization and optimization of laboratory testing processes, analytical methods and testing and quality planning Implementation and evaluation of laboratory studies and analysis of quality deviations Processing of complaints including introduction, control and follow-up of sustainable corrective and preventive measures Development, implementation and monitoring of the laboratory quality management system and continuous improvement of quality standards Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal process, product and laboratory audits and coordination of external monitoring Close cooperation with production, development, purchasing, suppliers and intercompany partners to ensure the quality of materials and suppliers Training and further development of employees in all relevant quality and laboratory processes Cooperation and support in testing Cooperation with overarching projects and strategic quality initiatives

Complete technical training with further education, technical completion or completed technical studies Additional qualifications in quality management / quality assurance Knowledge of modern QS methods, tools and processes Multiannual leadership experience in quality assurance – ideally in the plastics industry or with technically demanding products Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP Impressed team skills and open, motivating and value-adding communication Self-employed, earnings-oriented and precise working methods with high self-motivation Good knowledge of English in word and writing Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, commitment and implementation
