Are you an expert in product safety, analyze risks to detail and develop solutions to minimize them? Do you want to be part of a team that designs safe and innovative products in aviation? Own responsible creation and maintenance of product safety documentation according to legal requirements and project requirements Assessment and commentation of safety requirements in the offer phase Analysis and assessment of safety-critical aspects across the entire development process Implementation and documentation of risk assessments to identify potential risks Planning and implementation of the Safety Assessment Process according to ARP4754A/ARP4761, IEC61508, ISO262 and MIL-STD 882 and the creation of relevant documentation (e.g. FHA, PSSA, FTA, CCA, FME(C)A, SSA) Ensuring compliance with legal requirements within the CE process Development and implementation of security concepts for risk mitigation Cooperation with inspection bodies and authorities to ensure product safety Training of internal teams on security issues

Completed studies in a technical or scientific field Multiannual professional experience in safety management, preferably in military or aviation context Knowledge of regulatory requirements (STANAG, AQAP, MIL-STD, VG, ISO, ARP4764/4761, DO178/254) Structured and detailed work with high precision Analytical thinking and ability to develop mitigation measures Interdisciplinary knowledge in mechanics, electrical, electronics and software as well as their system interactions German and English skills Communication strength and intercultural competence for cooperation with international teams and partners
