Completed training as a state-recognized educator/healing caregiver (w/m/d) or Complete study of social education, social work or a comparable subject (e.g. pedagogy, medical education, education, psychology or rehabilitation psychology) Joy in working with children, young people and families Embossed empathy, communication strength and consulting competence Self-employed, structured and responsible work Teamability, reliability, flexibility and loadability Willingness to continue professional training The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
