SHK Master (m/f/d)

What it is about – these are your activities As a SHK master (m/w/d) in the field of service & projects, you are the interface between construction site, customer service and office. You co-ordinate installers, engage projects and ensure that service and maintenance orders are reliably implemented. You work closely with our department management, project and service managers as well as internal services. Your tasks include in detail: Support and handling of SHK projects in residential and commercial real estate

Organisation and coordination of service orders in customer service

Planning and monitoring of smaller construction sites and maintenance measures

Coordination of our technicians and coordination with other trade unions

Ensuring appointments, quality and costs

Technical contact for technicians, customers and interior services

Creation of scales, calculations and offers

Coordination with contracting entities and suppliers
