Tax Advisor / Fully Qualified Lawyer Tax Law with a focus on Agriculture and Forestry – Central Tax Department Münster (m/f/d)

In our central tax department you act as a specialist spearhead and internal competence center: Technical support for the 25 branches as “backoffice” for complex special tax issues, in particular with regard to agriculture and forestry Conception and implementation of special counselling for our clients (e.g. design issues, follow-up/hoof transfer models, restructurings, special topics in earnings and turnover tax law) support for demanding redress procedures (interests, requests, binding information) and Representation of our clients in financial courts Lecture activities at external events (e.g. associations, industry events, client events) Conception and professional development of internal training for our consultants Development of technical opinions, newsletters and work aids for our branches Monitoring of tax liability cases (declaration and assessment of the situation in cooperation with the establishment, preparation and presentation of the insurance) In short, you will ensure that our consultants “on the front” can at any time rely on resilient special knowledge.

Projektmanager (m/w/d) und/or Volljurist (m/w/d) Funded tax knowledge, preferably with experience in advising agricultural and forestry farmers or in corporate tax law Sovereign dealing with complex tax issues and enjoying deep technical analysis Ideally experience in the management of legal and financial court proceedings Affinity for knowledge transfer: You can safely step up, talk and prepare complex facts in a comprehensible manner Structured, self-responsible operation, coupled with team capability and fun in networked cooperation with many interfaces
