Management of the accounting and cash register area with professional and disciplinary management of a team of up to six employees Ensuring the proper execution of all tasks in the area of settlement and cash in accordance with legal and internal requirements Analysis and optimization of existing processes and further development of future-oriented processes and structures Control, monitoring and implementation of accounting via all distribution channels Responsibility for primary and secondary accounting as well as ensuring timely payment transactions Contact person for advice and support in accounting-relevant projects and topics

Completed study in accounting or accounting or comparable training with multiannual relevant professional experience Very good accounting skills First leadership experience with a strong interest in employee leadership as well as the ability to motivate teams, set clear goals, consistently adhere to and promote employees in a targeted manner Self-employed, structured and efficient operation with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills Very good oral and written communication skills Impressive enforcement and team capability High change and design motivation to continuously optimize processes and structures Secure handling of SAP FI and SAP SD in S/4HANA as well as very good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and in the software Patris
