Your profile – Competence & Drive:

• **experience:** You bring well-founded professional experience as a KFZ electrician, KFZ mechatronic or in a related field.
• Shift readiness: You are ready to work in the 3-shift system (break, late and night shift).
• Industry knowledge: Ideally you have already gained experience in the VW environment.
• Mobility: A valid passenger car license is mandatory.
• **Setting:** You are reliable, team-ready and ready for the dynamics of mass production.
