The Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH (BEG) is a renowned and innovative company of the Free State of Bavaria. On behalf of the Bavarian State Ministry of Housing, Construction and Transport, it plans, finances and controls rail transport (SPNV) – i.e. regional trains and S-Bahn trains – in the Free State with an annual order volume of just under 2.0 billion. They expect interesting activities in a sustainable and current task environment. In cooperation with your team, you will develop the quality policy of the Bavarian State for rail passenger transport (SPNV), formulate quality targets for railway companies and regularly review their compliance. With the help of Pönale systems, you create incentives for railway companies to constantly improve the agreed services in the sense of customers and thereby increase customer satisfaction with the SPNV. With new creative ideas, you also work daily on the improvements in the framework conditions of the system rail, together with other system partners such as the DB InfraGO. They build an IT that instantly covers quality deficits in the SPNV and enables quick counter control and increases the efficiency of the department. They work closely with the management, internal specialist departments, the Bavarian State Ministry for Housing, Construction and Transport and with external partners such as e.g. traffic companies or associations and the DB InfraGO.

They have a completed university degree or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in quality management and in the transport industry. Extensive analytical skills, IT affinity and problem-solving competence are assumed. We require multi-year leadership experience and the strong ability to motivate and develop teams. They have negotiating skills and can reconcile different interests. A structured and strategic way of working as well as reliability and care, as well as your ability to prepare complex content in a comprehensible manner and to present it convincingly.
